Cancellation Policy
Deposits will only be refunded (less 20% administration fee) when notified more than 14 days prior to arrival date. Deposits will not be refunded when cancellation is within 14 days of the arrival date. If your stay is shortened, no refund will be given.
Peak Rates and Peak Periods
Peak Rates include School Holidays (minimum 3 nights), Long Weekends (minimum 3 nights – Fri/Sat/Sun) and Easter (minimum 4 nights – Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun).
Van Storage
Eliminate the need to tow your van and store in one of our storage areas. The annual fee includes moving your van on site, so you can relax and settle straight in.
